On this blog, I write articles about tarot and reviews about the different games on the market. I also conduct private and free consultations, either in a café-library in Angers or via the Internet. To consult me, contact me here.
"I don't read the future, I help you build it. My approach to Tarot is not divinatory, it is structural and narrative."
Hello, I'm David. If you're looking for a guru or a fatalistic prediction, you're in the wrong place.
I am a curious mind, shaped by a double life. On one hand, I have a technical and artistic career (screenwriter, director, audiovisual teacher). On the other, I am a passionate spiritual seeker, rooted in Buddhist and shamanic practice.
Why am I telling you this? Because it's this unique blend that created the "Tarot Quest Method". I don't approach Tarot as fuzzy magic, but as a narrative structure. Reading a spread is deciphering a scenario to take back power over your own story.
My path with the cards was not linear. It began with a failure (a Celtic tarot forgotten in a drawer) and revealed itself during a personal crisis in my forties. Seeking grounding, I dove into the historical Marseille Tarot (Noblet, Dodal).
It was an immediate breakthrough. I understood that these images were not tools to guess the future, but mirrors to understand the present. Since then, I am a radical self-taught person: I am not the student of any master, I test, I verify and I compile what really works.
Tarot is not lived alone in an ivory tower. I am convinced of the importance of oral transmission and sharing. I am rooted in Angers (Maine-et-Loire - France).
I regularly lead workshops (Tarot, Lenormand) within the GEBO association, dedicated to divination arts.
Registered association (Law 1901 - France).
